'OTJCE is hereby given that, in i accordance with Section 29 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886, the Board intend, at a meeting to beheld on tho 25th April next, to make the following Special Order: — That, to secure the repayment of a loan of £IOOO borrowed under the Government Loans to Local Bodies' Act, 188G, and Amendment, 1889, for the purpose of constructing Dryer's Rock Road Extension, and Wangaehu Road, a special rate of 3| pence in the £, be made and levied on the rateable value of Sections 16,19 Block II; 14, 13,12, U, 10, Block 111; 103, Block 111, VII; 208, 209, Block VI; 106,118, Block VII; all <n the Kopuaranoa Survey District, together with the Thirds accruing from Sections within the above area. Such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate for 26 years, or until loan is repaid; and shall be paid in two, half-yearly instalments on the Ist of January and Ist of July in each year. W.
