Metropolitan Raoing itmes will be strictly adhered to. 2. /U races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. ,% Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised _ stake xceeding t he value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling StakeH, at time oi start. 4. District horses must be m the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist ot April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing Bhall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 7. in all nominations, description, age, pedigree, and performances must be given. ■,.,.. 8.
