SPECIAL ORDER. fTOTIOE is hereby Riven that, in __M accordance with Section 29 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886, the Board intend, at a meeting; to beheld on the 25th April next, to make the following Special Order : That, to secure the repayment of a jloan of £I6OO borrowed under _ the Government .Loans to Local Bodies' Act, ! 1886, and Amendment, 1889, for the I purpose of constracttug Dryer's Rock 1 Road Extension, and Wangaehu Road, a special rate of 3£ pence in the £, be made and levied on the rateable value of Sections 16,19 Block n; 14, 13,12, 11, 10, Block in ; 108, Block in, VII ; 208, 209, Block VI; 106,118. Block VII; all ! n the Kopuaranga Survey District, together with the Thirds accruing from Sections within the above area. Such specialrateshall be an annually recurring rate for 26 years, or until loan la repaid; and shall be paid in two half-yearly instalments on the Ist of January and Ist of July in each year.
