Metropolitan Racing ituics will be strictly adhered to. 2. All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. " Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake xceeding t he value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that ara not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time oi start. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist of April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arming out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they way appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6.
