The Volunteer Encampment.
• Palmebston North, March 25. After two days' rain, the weather has now turned fine and promises to be favorable for the encampment. Fiity Permanent Artillerymen arrived yesterday, and are busily engaged erecting tents. Provision is being madejanearly 1500 men.
