Sonsational Affair.
Isveroakoiiil, Match 25. A sensational affair is reported from Winton. It is alleged that a woman resident there has been noticed to leave on several occasions, generally returning with ut baby. Tho other day a child in her keeping.died, and is it had not been attended by a doctor tho police made enquiries, and on visiting her house found thirteen children in it. The inquest on tho dead infant is being held to-day, but there being no telegraphic communication with Winton at night tbe n»taro of the evidence, and tho result, if any, is unknown hero,
