District horses must be m the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week trom that date to Ist ot April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6.
