Metropolitan-Racing times will be strictly adhered to. ' 2. All races at this meeting y are confined to hacks only. ! : 3.Hacks " shall mean horse 3 that have never won an advertised _ stake xceeding the value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time oi start. • . 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district ,for, more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist ot April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. _ 7. In all nominations, description, age, pedigree, and performances mußt; be given. . 8. All horses to be ridden in distinguishing colours, which must be given at time of entry. 9. Five per cent will be deducted takes. ADMISSION.
