In all nominations for Handicaps the name, ago at tho time of entry, pedigree, color, sex, and previous porform ances of the horse, and colors ef rider must be given. 4. A Hack shall bo a horse that has never started for othor than Hack Races and is not at the date of mooting nominated for other than Hack Races. Special attention is required to Rulo 8.
