In all nominations for Handicaps the name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, color, sex, and previous per* forraancea of the horse, and colors ef rider muxt be given. 4. A Hack shall be a horse that has never started for other than Hack Races and is not at the date of meeting nomi- ""- nated for other than Haek Races. Speoial attention iB required to Rule 8.
