No nomination or acceptance will be received after the advertised time of. closing under any pretence whatever, or unless accompanied by the noceasary amounts. 3. In all nominations for Handicaps the name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, color, sex, and previous performances of the' horse, and colors ef rider rmiat be given. 4. A Hack shall be a horse that has never started for other than Haok Races and is not at the date of meeting nominated for other than Hack Races.

Special attention is required to Rule 8. Should any question arißO as to the qualification of any Hack winning at this meeting tho stakes may be withheld until the Stewards are satisfied. W.
