In all nominations for' Handicaps the name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, color, sex, and previous performances of the horse, and colors ef rider must be given. 4. A Hack shall be a horse that has never started for other than Hack Races and is not at the date of meeting nominated for other than Haok Races. Special attention is required to Rule 8.
