Handicap Hurdle RAUis,_of 35sovs, second horse to receive 5 sovs from the stakes ; 2 miles ; over 8 flights of hurdles, 3ft Gin high. The win- 1 ner of any Handicap Hurdle Race of the advertised value of 20 sovs or over after declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty, domination 15s ; acceptance 203. To start at 11.35 a.m. 3. Maiden Piate, of 30 sovs, second horse to receive 5 soys from the stakes . 1£ miles; weight for age. Entrance, 30s, on day of general entries. To start at 12,30 p.m 4. Selling Pace, of 15 sovs. The winner to be sold for 15 sovs ; 1 mile; top weight 9at, 71b to allowed for every £5 oft selling price. Any surplus to be divided between the 2nd horse and the club. Entrance, 15s ; on day of general entries. To start it 1.20 p.m. 5. Woodville Jockey Club Handicap, of 65 sovs ; second horse to receive 10, and third 5 soys from the stakes ; If miles. The winner of any race of the advertised value of 40 sovb or over alter the declaration of weights to carry 101b penalty, and the winner of any race of the advertised value of from 20 to 40 sovb after the declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. Weights declared on Saturday, the 14th March, 1891. Acceptances and general entries close with the Secretary at Woodville, at 9 p.m. on Saturday, the 21st IT arch, 1891. CONDITIONS. 1. Metropolitan Racing ituies will be strictly adhered to. 2. All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. " Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake xceeding the value of 40 sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, St Legcr, or Sapling Stakes, at time of stait. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week I from that date to Ist of April, 1891.
5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 7. In all nominations, description, age. pedigree, and performances must be given. 8. All horses to be ridden in distinguishing colours, which must be], given at time of entry. 9. Five per cent will be deducted takes. ADJJWLISSSIOIV.
