No nomination or acceptance will be received after the advertised time of closing under any pretence whatever, or unless accompanied by the necessary amounts.
3. In all nominations for Handicaps the name, age at the time of entry, ,:adigroe, color, Hex, and provious performances of the horse, and colors ef rider must be givon. 4. A Hack shall bo a horse that has never started for other than Haok Races and is not at the date of meeting nominated for other than Hack Races. Special attention is required to Rule 8.
