Handicap Hurdle Back, of 35 sovs, second horse to receive 5 bovb from the stakes; 2 miles ; over 8 flights of hurdles, 3ft 6in high. The winner of any Handicap Hurdle Race of the advertised value of 20 sovs or over after declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. Nomination 15s ; acceptance 50s. To start at 11.35 a.m. 3. Maiden Plate, of 30 sova, second horse to receive 5 sovs from the stakes . 1£ miles; weight for age. Entrance, 80s, on day of general entrieß. To start at 12,30 p.m 4. Selling Pace, of 15 sovs. The winner to be sold for 15 sovs ; 1 mile; top weight 9st, 71b to allowed for every £5 oft selling price. Any surplus to be divided between the 2nd horse and the club. Entrance, 15s ; on day of general entries. To start at 1.20 p.m. 5. Woodville Jockey Club Handicap, ot 65 sovs ; second horse to receive iO, and third 5 soys from the stakes ; If miles. The winner of any race of the advertised value of 40 sovs or over alter the declaration of weights to carry 101b penalty, and the winner of any race of the advertised value of frpm 20 to 40 sovs after the declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. Nomination, 30s; acceptance, 355. To start nt 2 p.m. 6. Members' Race, of 80 sovs ; second horse to receive 5 sovs from the Btakes ; 2 miles ; welter handicap, minimum weight lOst. Acceptances and general entries close with the Secretary at Woodville, at 9 p,m. on Saturday, the 21st March, 1891. CONDITIONS. 1. Metropolitan Racing ituiea will be strictly adhered to. 2. All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only, 3. '• Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised _ stake xceeding the value of 40 sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that are nut nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time of start. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, JB9l, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist oi April, 1891, 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections ar«ung out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash.
7. In all nominations, description, age. pedigree, and performances must be given. 8. All horses to be ridden in distinmushing colours, which mast beQ given at time of entry. 9.
