The winner of any Handicap Hurdle Race of the advertised value of 20 &ovb or over after declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. Nomination 15s ; acceptance 20s. To start at 11.35 a.m. 3. Maiden Plate, of 30 sovs, second horse to receive 5 sovs from the stakes . 1£ miles; weight for age. Entrance, 80s, on day of general entries. To start at 12,30 p.m 4. Selling Pace, of 15 sovs. The winner to be sold for 15 sovs; 1 mile; top weight 9st, 71b to allowed for every £5 oft selling price. Any surplus to be divided between the 2nd horse and the club. Metropolitan Racing ituies will be strictly adhered to. 2. All races at this meeting are ooniined to haoksonly. 3. " Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised _ stake xceeding the value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that ars not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time of start. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecuMve week from that date to Ist of April, 1891. 5. No entry will he received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in : cash. 7. In all nominations, description, age, pedigree, and performances must be given. 8. All horses to be ridden in distinguishing eolours, which must bej given at time of entry. 9. Fiye per pent ■will be deiuoted tafces, ADHaSHION.
