All races at this Meeting are confined to Hacks only.- ' 'Hacks" shall mean any horse that has not sterfcedjfor other than Hack Races during the present Racing Season. ' All Races to be run under the rules of raciop. In case'of a protest, the same must be lodged "ivith the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race lias been run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found frivolous or .vexatious. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through, the Secretary, and thirty minutes before the time of starting. No entry will be received for any Race except u-der.ttie conditions, that all claims,' disputes and objections arising, shall be decided-by the Stewards ■or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final.
