Messrs Lowes and lorns report that at their sale yesterday the attendance was unusually large. Seven thousand sheep of all classes were yarded, the bidding being spirited and the supply'not equal to tin demand. All lines sold freely under the hammer. The following prices were realised:—Wethers, from 10s4dto lls4d; lat ewes 9s 3d; good Lincoln breeding ewes, 7s 6'd to 9s 3d; cross bred ewes from 8s 2d for culls to 7s 3d for good quality; Lincoln rams, from 2 guineas to 4j guineas; Komney Marsh from one to two guineas: old and inferior, from 5s to 15s. There was nj change in cattle. Pigs met with a very brisk sale, slips fetching from 9s 3d to 14a 3d.
