BULKS AND EEGULATIONS. All races at this Meeting are confined to Hacks only. "Hacks" shall mean any horse that has not started|for other than Hack Eaces during the| present Bacing Season. All Eaces to be run under the rules of racing. In case of a protest, the same must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race has been run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to-be forfeited jf the protest be found frivolous or vexatious. No scratching of horses allowed, unle3S through the Secretary, and thirty minutes before the time of starting. No entry will be received for any Eace except uuder the conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising, shall be decided by thu Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All Nominations, Entrius.Acceptances, etc., accompanied by tho necessary amount, must be addressed to the Secretary, Masterton. No entry will be received after the hour named on any pretence wnatevcr. Any Jockey riding, except in colours, will be fined 2 sovs, The amount for second hor3e will be deducted from the advertised amount of stakes. Five per cent; will be deduoted from all stake*.
