Mr Wilson, Secretary of the Seaman's Union,has been summoned for inciting to riot. Brisbane, February 20. A battery of the Permanent Force is under orders to proceed to Clermont. It is believed that the Arm action taken by the Government to maintain law and order has somewhat nonplussed the Unionists. The police have captured a large quantity of the ammunition which in the possession of the Unionists.
