The winner of any Handicap Hurdle Kace of the advertised value of 20 sovs or over after declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. .Nomination 15s ; acceptance 20s. To start at 11.35 a.m. 3. Maiden Pi ate, of 30 sovs, second horse to receive 5 soys from the stakes . 1J miles; weight for age. Entrance, 80s, on day of general entries. To start at 12,30 p.m 4. Selling Pace, of 15 sovs. The winner to be sold for 15 sovs ; 1 mile; top weight 9st, 71b to allowed for every £5 oft selling price. Any surplus to be divided between the 2nd horse and the club. Acceptances and general entries close jyith the Secretary at Woqdvillp, at 9 p.m. on Saturday, the 23sr If arch, 1891. CONDITIONS. 1. Metropolitan Bracing Rules will be strictly adhered to. ; 2. All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. «' Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won au advertised _ stake xceeding the value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack ra.ces excepted), and that ars not for a' Derby, Guineas, St Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time of start. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist or April, 1891. 5. Nq entry will be received for any race except op conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will be received unless accompanied by' the necessary amount in cash. 7. In all nominations, description, age, pedigree, and performances must be given. , . 8. All horses to be ridden in distinguishing colours, jthich must be given at tithe of entry. 9. Five per cent will be deiucted takes. Foot passengers Is, Horses 2s, vehicles of any description 2s 6d.
