That Mr John Kelly's name be put on the roll as requested. That the work for Mr Perston and Mr Wins;ate shall be done at once. After some discussion it was decided that tho. blue olay cutting on tho Glendonam Wairere road should be metalled as there is great danger of the road giving way in this place. That tho scrub be felled on the Mungcrai road in the spring. Accounts amounting to £35 5s del were passed for payment. The next meeting of the Board! was fixed tor the first Saturday March.
