No nomination or acceptance will be received after the advertised time of closing under any pretence whatever, or unless accompanied by the necessary amounts. 3. In all nominations for Handicaps the name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, color, sex, and previous performances of the horse, and colors ef rider must ba given. 4. A Hack shall be ahorse that has never started for other than Hack Races and is not at the date of meeting nominated for other than flack Races. Special attention is required to Rule 3.
