All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. " Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake xceeding the value of 40sovs at time of tart (hisk racos excepted), and that ar3 not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time of stait. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist ot April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections amine? out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will bo received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 7. In all nominations, description, age. pedigree,, and performances must be giveu. 8.
