Metropolitan Racing Eules will be strictly adhered to. 2. All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. " Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake xceeding the value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack races escsp ted), and that ar3 dot nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time of start. 4. District hordes must be in the district on or before tho Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist ot April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, diapute3 and objections arising out of the racing shiill be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. 6. No nominations will be received unlesß accompanied by the necessary amount jn cash. 7. In all nominations, description, age. pedigree, and performances must be given. * 8.
