CONDITIONS. I 1. Metropolitan Racing Eules will be strictly adhered to. 2. All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. " Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake xceeding the value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that ar3 iiut nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakos, at time of start. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist ot April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditio na that all claims, disputes and objections arwmg out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, G. No nominations will be roceived unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 7. In all nominations, desciiption, age, pedigree, and performances niUEt be given. 8. All horses to be lidden in distinguishing colours, which must be given at time of entry. 9. Fiye per cent will be deiucted from all stakes.
