Messrs. Lowes and lorns report a large and brisk sale of both catU.a and sheep at their Mastorton ycms yeserday. Sheep showed a slight advance upon their last quotations with keen competition. Guttle, of which a large number were present, are still low in prioo, and while values remain in favour of buyers there was less difficulty in affecting sales ; all but two small pens, which were afterwards sild, were sold under the hammer. •
