(By Telegraph). (United Press Association). Rifle Association. Puketapu, Saturday. At last night's meeting it waa decided that the uejtt meeting of the Association be held during first week iu March. A long discussion took place on tho subject of .Rifle Clubs, and on the motion of Lieutenant Ross it was resolved that in future members of Eifle a roll of 20, be allowed to shoot for the belt as long as they appear in uniform. A similar resolution was passed at the last annual meeting, but it only held good for this year's competition. Last night's motion settles the question altogether. Captain Bommerville has a proposition which he will put before the C.ouucil on Monday, and that is that tho Champion Belt (after this meeting) be done away with and a trophy of the value of about £SO be presented to the Champion shot at each meeting. If earrigd the belt will probably be presented to the Colonial Museum at I Wellington,
