ENGLISH. London, January 19. Aristotle's treatise on the Constitution of Athens has been discovered in papyrus manuscript, and secured for the British Museum for £3OOO. Sir J. Hannen, Divorce Court Judge, has been appointed to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in succession to Sir Barnes Peacock. It is proposed to hold a World's Labour Exhibition this year, at which operatives from every trade can be seen at their work. Messrs Dillon and O'Brien have arrived at Havre. Mr Balfour's Irish Fund has now reached £30,000. Mr Dillon supports O'Brien as leader. Mr Parnell, speaking at Tralee, said he had arrived at an agreement with Mr O'Brien a fortnight ago, and it was only his opponents who prevented a solution of the present difficulty. This is the ninth successive week of the frost.
