Entries (with performances) for all Handicaps (except Consolation and Friondly Societies) to be made to tho Secretary on or before Wednesday, tho 14th January. Handicaps declared on Satuiday, 17th January, at tho Club Hotol, at 9 p.m. Acceptance (on the ground on day of sports). Two competitors to start or no prizo ; three to start or no second prize; four to start or no third prize. The decision of tho Committee in all cases of dispute to be final. In tho event of the wnather proving unfavorable, the Committee Bhall have it in thoir power to postpone the sports from day to day.
