RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Three competitors to start or no oe ; four, or 110 second ; five, or no ird 2, If necessary the raco to bo run in heats J. Acceptances close for the above events on the 19th January. 8. Competitors disobeying the starter o be put back one yard for each offenco or the first two offences ; for the third he will bo disqualified. 9. The Sports to be postponed in the event of the weather proving unfavorable. 10. Any competitor running under an assumed name will bo disqualified. In the Engine Competition the rules, regulations, and code of fiues, to be the same as those in Ude by the United Annual Fire Brigade Association of New Zealand.
