R.M. COURT.
EKET A HUN A—MONDAY. (Before Messrs Anderson and Von Beam, J.'a P.) Larceny. Eobert Hewitt, was charged this morning with the larceny of a saddle and bridle, the property of Henry Sedcole, of Pahiatua. on or about the 26th December. The accused pleaded not guilty. Constable Roche proved the arrest of the prisoner with the articles in his possession. Hewitt was sentenced to one months' hard labour.
