MAURICEVILLE ROAD BOARD NOTICE is hereby given that the Board, with the consent of the ratepayers interested, propose to raise a Joan under tho " Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1883, and Amendment 1889," Fui the purpose of felling and forming Mount Munro Road East, through Native Reserve of 1000 acres, and sections __ 173, 175, and 170, Block XIII, Mansjaono. The amount proposed to be borrowed is £3OO, and the amount to be set apart each year to pay off the loan is £ls. To pa} interest and annual charges a special rate of 5 and .Jth pence in the £'. will be made on the ratable valuc of sections 173, 175, 170, Block XIII, Mangaone, and Section 10, Block J, Kopouranga Survey District, together with the "thirds'' accruing from sections within tho above area. It is proposed to pay cost of raising loan and first year's interest out of tho loan. .
