Tho "amount proposed to be borrowed Is £3OO, and the amount to bo set apart each year to pay off the loan is £ls. To pay interest and annual charges a special rate of 5 and \t\\ pence in the £. vs ill be made on the ratable vulue of sections 173, 175, 176, Block XIII, Mangaone, and Section 10, Block 1, Kopouranga Survey District, together with tho "thirds' 1 accruing from sections within tho above area. It is proposbd to pay cost of raising loan and first year's iutorest out of the loan.
