The monthly meeting of the i Alfredton Eoa3 Board was held : bfl December 9th. Preset - Messrs Warren, Eli Smit'd, Benton and SM tieorge, jr- r Warreu was voted to the chair, The Clerk' stated that & deposit receipt was due. Inward correspondence was read as follows: - ' From Bank of New Zealand, acknowledging cheques for £2l9s lOd and £lßs 4d for publio account. From W Nation, stating that he had spent 8} days on the Mangamahoe track.. Acoount passed for pay-. went, From Clerk.of County Council, ro Barling's road. It was resolved that the Clerk be instructed to inform the County Clerk that all requirements are fulfilled, and that the proclamation appeared in the Gazette of December 4th, From Commissioner of Crown Lands, enclosing schedule of. thirds accrued previous to September, 1888. Proposal were, made 'for : the 1 disposal of varioua "thirds to'' be ; submitted to tho Land Board-for approval. • : ,
