The nature of. the. advice, tindered His Excellency is not mado'officially known, but it is quite understood tho Governor,will summon Parliament for Thursday,'January'lsth, Parliament will be opened by Coinmission and immediately proceed with tho election of Spsaker. Two men have been traced of the' name mentioned, one of whom was ndt tke man mentioned.
