Tho idea was djscussed at length, Mr Jno, ijar-tin, junior, advising that the matter should be left in abeyance for a time, until the polltioal agitation was over but his Resolution to this, effect was subsequently withdrAwft" MosVof the speakers favored the purchase of stoats and weasels, but objected to tho control of the Inspector's being removed 'from tho Government and tho motion to form a Board was lost. Before dispersing, Mr Pharazyn suggested forming a voluntary: onn,federation to work, muah, '6a. the prinoraqt of- a Rabbit Board, but defined object of importing stoats and weasels.
