THE PARNELL O'SHEA CASE.

London, November 17. Mr'Justice.Butt, before whom the divorce case, O'Sliea v O'Shea and Pamell was tried, said the evidence was so strong that there iwas no necessity for a lenghty summing up. It was shown that house after house had been taken under aliases. In one instance Mr Pamell escaped by means of a fire escape' upon the unexpected return of the petitioner to his wife's residence. There was no ovidonco; of connivance, v and ; he refused to allow the co-respondent to avail himself of the plea that Mr O'Shea connived at Mr .Parnell's intimacy with his wife, or that thero was collusion or neglect on his part. The Judge administered a severe rebuke to Mr Farnell for availing himself of his friendship with the husband to debauch his wife. The counter charge against the petitioner of adultery with his wife's sister, tho learned judge chanoterised as baseless and abominable, The jury returned their verdict without quitting the box. Captain O'Shea was granted the custody of his children, Costs wore awarded against Mr Pamell. - New York, November 17.
