BmsBANE, October 19. The steamer Pathan, from Hong Kong, has arrived hero. The vessel had a most tempestuous voyage, aud arrived in a badly shattered condition. In .the China sea slio encountered a typhoon, during which sho was at-tho mercy of tho waves for upwards of 70 hours. The bridge'of'tho vessel was smashed and some of the boats carried away. All the live stock the Pathan had on board was washed overboard in tho gale, und as the. vessel's bows were stove in (he cargo was damaged, Melbourne, October 20, Obituary-Sir Robert Molesworth, ex-Judge of tho Supreme Court.
