Mr Acheson, for defendant, objected, and submitted that the information should be dismissed. The latter was done. D. McDougflll v. R. H'. Elliotte, claim £8 8s for'rent. Mr Tait for plaintiff, No appearance of defendant. Judgment for amount and costs.
