ROAD BOARD.

A meeting of tho Ekelahuna Road Board was held on Saturday, October 11th,,, Present—Messrs llalheson (Chairman),' Anderson, Dowsett, Fogden, and Neilson, The minutes of the previous meetifls. were read and confirmed,

Correspondence inwards was read as follows: 0 From. Bank of New. Zealand, certifyingto remittance of £2l l'Os 2d and £l3 2s.

From 0. Monegan, stating that if agreement and plans are not completed he; will, immediately tako proceedings. Mr King was also instructed to inspect the swing bridge over tho Makakihi river, Mmg.uno Central Road. The meeting thon went into comyjlimitloe,
