The members of tho Ekelaluma >*jh. Cricket Club held a meeting in Hie /rfF: Tempcranco Hotel on Saturday, .... ' October 4ih, to nrrango fur the coining season, Mr F. Tumor was ' voted to the chair. Mr Murdoch, acting secretary, road tho minutes of ' the previous meeting, After discussion, it was decided to let ' accounts stand over to next meeting. ( The following officers were elected for the year:—Captain, A Selhyj | Secretary and Treasurer, Mr F Tumor; President, Dr W Guy Mc- i Lennan; and Mr F von Bed in, VicePresident, It was resolved that tho a captain pick all teams lor matches. It was also resolved tint no ono be ' allowed to play in any matches unless inscriptions are paid one month l prior to tho date of the match, It . was decided that the usual annual ' ball he hold on the 24th October, , tickets for admission to the ball and aupper'to be ss, ladies free, spectators, e • ■ admission to gallery Is, Messrs Dubois, iSelby, Tarr, and Do'wsett > were appointed a committee to carry out all arrangements in connection c with the ball, and to arrange for n
