ARREST OF M.P.'s GREAT EXCITEMENT. London September 18. Messrs J, Dillon and W. O'Brien were arrested for inoiting tenants not to pay rent, owing to the blight which has attacked the potato orop. Warrants have also been issued for the arrest of . Patrick O'Brien, M,P, for Tipperary North, David, Sheehy, M.P. for Galway South, und Thomas J. Condon, M.P. for Tipperary East, on the same charge.
