The boycott is withdrawn from shore so iar as the carters are

concerned. - All Duthieß* men turned up this morning and expressed their willingness to do any work thoy were set to without quefltion. Mr Binos, Secretary of the Union, states it-was advisable to keep the boycott entirely off tho ehoro and coulino it to the wharves, It is furthor Btatod'thit Mr Bines admits the mistake made, and his union is willing to recede from the position which is untenable, ineffective, and has caußtd irritation never dreamt ofi Lambton's men also returned ■ to work. •
