BOKOUGH OP MASTERTON PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a special mGeting of the Mastorton Borough Council will bo hold on WEDNESDAY, September 17th, 1800, at 7.3) p.m, in the Council Chambers for the purpose of confirming the following resolutions Special Order No 1, August 19th, 1890, Resolved tbat the following bye law be, and the same is hereby made, The said bye law forbids, the depositing of any dead anhal or foulor offensive matter in or upon any public streot, er place or private property, whjreby any nuisance or danger to public health is likely to bo created under a' penalty of not exceeding five pounds, and a liability to remove auoh iload anim&l or oflensivo matter under a further penalty of not more than fivo pounds tor every day such offence shall continue, The said byo law to come into operation on Ist Ootober, 1890.
