BOROUGH OF MASTERTON.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a- specialmootim; of the Mastorton Borough Council will be hold on WEDNESDAY, Soptombor 17th, 1890, at 7.3J p.m, in the Council Chambers for the purpose of confirming the following roaolutiona Special Order No 1, August 19th, 1890. Resolved that tho following bye law be, and the same is hereby made. The said byo law forbids the depositing of any dead nnhal or foul or oflbneivo matter in or upon any public stroet, or placo or privato property, wluroby any nuisance or danger to public health iB likely to bo created under a penalty of not exceeding five pounds, and a liability to rornovo suoh dead animal or ofiousive matter under a further penalty of not more than five pounds for such offonco shall continuo, Tho said byo' law to come into operation on Ist October, 1890. Speoial Order No 2, August 19th, 1899. Resolved that seccions (22) twenty two to fifty one (51) both inclusivo of 41 Tho Rating Act, 1882, h as amended by "Tho Bating Act, 1882, Amendment Act, 1888, 11 and " The Rating Act, 1882, Amondinont Act, 1885," shall apply to the recovery of all ratos now duo or hereafter to be inado for the purposes of the Borough of Masterton.
