The Executive of the Railway Society state that nothing will be dono re Wlutcombo and Tombs till they get instructions fron. the Maritime Council. Tho men. will not be called out. On the question of boycott, they will simply r'efuso to touch Whitconibe and Tombs'goods. If the Commissioners Btispend any man for refusing to touch them, they will beasked to reinstate him, and if they' refuse they will bo offered arbitration. If they refuse arbitration the men will go out. The labor party profess themselves still anxious for arbitration on the general question*
