LAND BOARD.
_ The ordinary meeting of the Weiingtoa Land Board was held yesterlay. Present Messrs Marchnnt,
(Commissioner), Bunny, Fiuherbnrt, McCardle, and Macarthur. The total amount of land disposed of up to 25th June, 1890, tor tho paßt two months, according to tbe schedule, was 19,294 acres 2 roods 32 perches, the price realised being £IG,O4G Gs lOd, the amount of cash paid amounting to , £937 8s 7d. The following are the capitalisations approved by the Board ;—E W Pemberton, 0 J Wratt, H Cornelius, F FP«mbertoti, W P Barraud, W. McDonald. Extensions approved—G Ohurcher, W Hull, J Korcowaki, H Holstein, J D Waller, W Humbling, S Egan. Transfers approved—Fioui R Tayler, junn to F E Allen, H Nicholson to E Field, W Brown to G Shannon, F Collier to '6 Avery. The following applications to transfer were also approved-Pand J Cavanagh to J Gotham, sections 6 and 7, block 11, Apiti; F A Lowes to T Lowes,. section 10, block 14, Apiti j A E Lowes to T Lowes, section 39, block 14, Apiti; E Hawker to A Btewart, section 12, 'block 12, Ongaj F Collier to S Avery, section 13, block 3, Mangahaoj S Parratt to W 6 Tarr, section 14, block 7, Tararua; J Partridge to A McFurlane, section 21, block 11, Mangahao; B Wakser toD Wakser, section 120, blook 18, Mangaone; J Wryghton to T Wood, section 14, block 3, Apiti j P Brown 0..d M Boyle to P Brown, section 24, block 4, Onga, The Board next con-
sidered and approved tho following applications for transfcrs-P Stratford and T Stratford, seotion 47, block 13, Apiti, to F M M'Bett j Mrs Williams section 65, block 9, Mangaone, to W R Trotter; J Reilly, section 60, block 7, Mangaone, to J B Ealeigh; J Gardiner, seotion 123, block 1, Mangaone, to W.
