Startling Event in a village.
j Tothe Editor of "Saturday Night," 1 Birmingham. I recently came into possession of a certain facts of so re- ' markable nature, that 1 am sure you > will be glad to assist in making these 1 public The following letters were f aliown to mo, and I at once begged > permission to copy thorn for the pressThey come from a highly responsible source, and may bo received without 1 question, Message from Geoboe James Uosiiwo, L.D.8., R.O.S.L, Ph 0.1., 1 Licentiate in Pharmacy and Dental • Surgeon, Stowmarket, July 18,1889. j To Mr White 1 Theenclosedremarkableoureshould, 1 J think, bo printed and circulated in Suffolk. The statement was entirely markable euro was related to me by the the husband, Mary Ann Spink, of ' Finborough, Suffolk, was for over ' twenty year* afflicted with rheumatism ' and neuralgia, and although compara- ' tively a young woman at the time sha 1 was attaoked (she is now fifty), she was ' compelled in consequence, to walk with ' two sticks, and even then withdiffioulty and pain. About a year and a half aw shewas advised ,ta try Mother Soigel'u , Syrup, and-after- taking three bottle • and two boxes of Seigel's Operating Fills, ik use of kr limbs were, restored, and she is now able to walk three miles to_ Stowmarket with ease, frequently doinp the distanoe in threo-quartersof an hour. Any sufferer who doubts this story can fully ascertain its truthfulness by paying a visit to the village and enquiring of the villagers, who will certify to the fact?, ' Appended is the husband's signature to the statement. (R. Spink.) "G,J. Goshino Ipswich Street,. ', "Stowmarket," This is certainly a very pitiable case, and the happy ouro wrought by tho simple but powerful.remedy, must move tho sympathy of all hearts in a common pleasure. This poor woman had him acnpplo-for twenty of her best years; years in which she should have had suoh comfort and enjoyment as lifo has to give, But. on the contrary, she was a miserable burden to herself and a source '' of care to h?r fronds, Now, at an age when the rest of us aregrqwing ieebjo shp, in a manner, renews her youth an almost begins a new oxjstonco. Whot 4 blessing and what a wonder it is|; No one who knows her, or who read her story, but will be glad that the good - Lord has enabled men to discovers remedy capable of bringing about a oure that reminds us-we speak it roverently r : u tho age of rniraoles. It should be explained that this most remarkable cure is dun to tho faot that rheumatism is a disease of the blood Indieostion, conization, and dyspepsia cause the poison from the partially digested food to enter tho circulation and the blood dopositsit in the joints and muscles. This is rheumatism,' Seigel's Syrup corrects the digestion, and so stops tho further formation and deposit of the poison, It then removes from the system the poison already there. It is riot a ouro-all. It doos its wonderful work entirely by its myster-v iousaction upon the digestive organs* But whenwe remember that nine-tenths of our ailments arise in those organs, wo can understand why Soigel's Syrup cures so manv diseases that appear to bo so differont''iu ! theit nature, In othor < orda rheutnabiern and neuralgia are bit mptotns of indigestion,' cons'tipatlol I'JIIWI ' . •'■• .'
