Situated in the WAMGAEHU DISTRICT, IIHE area of the Blook now offered .for sale is 5000 ACRES, subdivided into Four Sections, as shown upon plan. It adjoins that part of Ohaumoko Block, formerly purchased by Mr Holden, who has now cleared and sown it with grass, and it is separated from the properties of Messrs R Bruco,: M.fl.E., and A McGregor, by the Turakina river. In running boundaries of sub-divisious, natural features havo been followed as near as possible to facilitate fencing. The land consists for tho most part ot moderate hills, with some flats near Turakina river, and along tho valley of a branch of the Mangatipora. It is well watered, and the block is one of the best on '■ this coast, the subsoil being Papa and Limestone, outcrops of shell rook appearing occasionally on tho hill tops.
